也许“炒房”更好的翻译该是“flip (a) property." 在英式英语（本人对美式英语没那么熟）这个说法就是指略底价买房，高价卖掉.而"flip"也是用在烹调－麦当劳的可怜的中学生厨师主要的工作是"flipping burgers."

介不介意写个女版的?呵呵.就是"25 项中国女人都应该会的技能",这里女性读者应该也不少.另外也许可以问问FEEDSKY那61个ID里的男女比例,谁是蓝海还真不一定呢.

其中的一些工作，可以考虑由女同志来做，因为女同志做工作比较细致，比较周到，如晚上看DVD换碟等等。不要大包大揽，适当地给女同志多压担子，有利于我们的社会有好又快地和谐发展。请菜头同志阅酌。

radiator hose可能是指汽车的散热器的冷却液的管子，很容易漏。
