I'm writing to let you know that we need you to make immediate changes to
the website to lower your cpu usage. Currently I'm running a script that
kills your processes before they even start and by doing so I
dramatically lowered the load on the server:

If you are not able to reduce your usage we will be forced to disable or
throttle your account because a load of 58 is simply not acceptable on a
shared hosting server as it causes other peoples website to slow down. I
will be checking back with you in a few hours.

不知道啊。
你要是知道的话 你的wp就不会占用这么多资源了。
不过确实挺吓人。
pkill -u hecaitou
灭掉你的进程以后
平均负载降低到10%左右，你在的话就是60%左右。
你考虑对wp动手术吧。。

immediate changes 意味着 in a few hours 不是你死就是我亡了，还是尽快静态化吧。

大概意思是说你的程序占用服务器的cpu太多。需要你做些改变。你的程序让同一台服务器上的另外网站速度下降。也许是技术问题，也许仅仅是流量过大吧。

让你改变CPU占用率过高的情况。
PHP的程序我不清楚，能否把页面生成静态的呢？我当前访问到的页面时http://www.hecaitou.net/?p=2817 动态的；
也可能是有爬虫拼命的抓取你站点的数据，而爬虫在很多站点统计程序是统计不出来了。
能否看看主机的日志，看那几个IP的访问频率最高

整个系统的负载非常高了，建议你分析下日志，判断一下在那个时间是不是有大量并发访问或数据库死锁等问题造成服务器负载变大。

和菜头的博客看来真是上规模了。流量，带宽这些因素都要考虑了。blog能做到这一步，可以考虑商业化赚点钱了。。。

去年四月,我的BLOG在运行了一年之后,也因为负载过大,占用CPU资源过多而多次被强行关闭,害得我后来一咬牙,全给切了.

换VPS或DS吧，虚拟主机撑不下去咯。DH的overselling是出了名的垃圾。现在还总是发信叫我续费呢，谁理他。

直接pkill，太暴力了吧，可以使用top之类的系统命令看看那些进程在占用啊，此外插件还是尽量少用啊。Firefox插件能力很强吧，可是没有限制的见到好用的插件就用，也一样会导致运行很慢，cpu，内存占用过多的。
